While Kuwait is increasing its pace of vaccinations to attain herd immunity, the Airport is expected to open gradually by the end of this month.
One condition that is mandatory to permit travellers to enter the country is a completed vaccination schedule with Kuwait-approved vaccine.
As for those vaccinated abroad with vaccines that are not on the approval list in Kuwait, sources said that an option about providing them with one dose of Kuwait approved vaccine upon arrival is under talks.
The nurseries are likely to open by next September in Kuwait. Opening of schools will depend on the rate of vaccination in the country. If Kuwait completes at least 60 percent vaccination, schools will open completely, if not, the schools would be opened only gradually.
