Ukraine will export poultry meat to Kuwait

The Department of Food Safety and Consumer Protection in Ukraine said that Kuwait has officially granted access to its markets for the import of poultry meat and related products from Ukraine, as reported by the Ukrainform website,

The relevant form of the international certificate is published on the official web portal of the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection in the section "International Cooperation".

This development adds Kuwait to the list of countries endorsing the import of various Ukrainian agricultural goods

Other nations on this expanding list include Azerbaijan, which has approved the import of both poultry meat and dairy products, the Republic of North Macedonia, which has given the nod to import of processed domestic animal food, and the Republic of Albania, which has opened its doors to Ukrainian dairy products, reports Al-Rai daily.

In 2021, Kuwait imported $280M in Poultry Meat, becoming the 25th largest importer of Poultry Meat in the world. At the same year, Poultry Meat was the 15th most imported product in Kuwait. Kuwait imports Poultry Meat primarily from: Brazil ($163M), United Arab Emirates ($37.3M), Saudi Arabia ($33.7M) and Turkey ($9.98M).
