The Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) is likely to issue fresh decision in the coming days to control the labour market and stop visa trading in the name of fake companies and licenses.
Some of the changes to be expected include permitting those on government contract visas to transfer to another in the same activity after the end of their first original contract on which, workers were recruited without consent of the sponsor.
The PAM also suggested stringent penalties for companies that delay salaries, and other changes such as preventing random employment, and protecting workers together with concerned authorities, and a new move to control visa trading and fake companies with fake files.
