Kuwait to deport violators of curfew regulations

Kuwait has warned nationals not to violate curfew regulations amidst the coronavirus outbreak, and any violation would lead to harsh punishments such as deportation for expatriates.

The Interior Ministry in Kuwait has issued stern warning to people to seek special permits online to able to leave home during the curfew. The Head of the Ministry’s security media department, Nasser Buslaib said that nationals caught violating the curfew will be referred to proper authorities for investigations, while expats may face deportation.

Over 200 people have been so far arrested in violation of the curfew hours.
