Kuwait’s civil aviation authorities said that they will allow Egypt’s national carrier to temporarily operate flights to transport foreign residents to Cairo.

Kuwait’s Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) announced that Kuwait to allow flights to repatriate Egyptians.
EgyptAir is set to operate a daily flight from Kuwait to Cairo from 25th March to 30th March. “The Kuwaiti authorities have granted EgyptAir the right to commercial operation of one daily flight for a week [to transport] residents in Kuwait wishing to depart to Egypt,” DGCA said. There was no immediate comment from Egyptian authorities.
Both Egypt and Kuwait have already halted flights with the outside world as part of their precautions to contain the spread of the new coronavirus.
