The Ministry of Interior’s General Administration of Security Relations and Media has declared that the Coast Guard will conduct shooting exercises with live ammunition in the southern region of Boubyan Island and northeast of Failaka Island, extending to Ouha Island today and tomorrow, commencing at 8:00 am.
This is a part of the security institution’s strategy to enhance the proficiency of its members and elevate their performance.
In light of this, the administration has issued a cautionary notice to all seafarers, urging them to refrain from approaching the designated training area during this period. Emphasizing the importance of safety, the administration has communicated that marine patrols will be vigilant in preventing any unauthorized access to the site.
