Annual evaluation process for employees

Director of the Evaluation and Measurement Department at the Ministry of Health, Elham Akbar, announced the start of the annual evaluation process for employees working in the Ministry of Health for the year 2022 for a period of one month until the end of this January, indicating that 66,595 employees will be subject to evaluation including Kuwaitis, expatriates, and bedoun working in all sectors of the ministry.

The annual evaluation for this year is “electronic” based on the directives of the Minister of Health, Dr. Ahmed Al- Awadi, and the Undersecretary of the Ministry, Mustafa Reda, to keep pace with digital technology. The secret numbers were sent to the employees via e-mail in cooperation with the Digital Health Affairs Sector headed by Eng Ahmed Al-Gharib, reports Al- Anba daily.

Akbar affirmed that the ministry strives in light of the electronic transformation process to complete the results of the annual evaluation at the end of February 2023, and announce the results “electronically” at the beginning of March through the Ministry of Health website after its approval by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, so that any employee can log on to the Ministry of Health website and inquire about its annual assessment and print it through the website.

They will complete the process of evaluating the efficiency of employees for the year 2022 from January 1, 2023 to the Jan 31, through the new electronic system or through the Ministry of Health’s electronic portal, which facilitates the evaluation process, noting that the expatriate can enter the evaluation system at any time and from any computer instead of the previously used system by installing the system on computers in ministry facilities.
