Kuwait Visa app to regulate work entry

First Deputy Prime Minister, Interior Minister and Acting Defense Minister Sheikh Talal Khaled Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah announced Saturday the KuwaitVisa app, which will be launched soon, according to Government Communication Center.

Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled explained on the sidelines of the first meeting of the Committee on Demographics and Labor Market Development that the KuwaitVisa app aim of securing and regulating the entry of workers into the country. The app also aims to protect society and limit the entry of those “wanted by the courts, or those with infectious diseases,” it added

Sheikh Talal Al-Khalid also announced the launch of the Public Authority for Manpower for the (smart employee ID), which will be included through the (Kuwait ID) app, and it includes the official information related to the worker. The meeting resulted in a set of decisions aimed at addressing the demographics, regulating the labor market, limiting manipulation and fraud, in addition to enhancing security and safety in society.
