Teachers and and administrative staffs will be vaccinated at beginning of second semester, according to a top official in the Ministry of Education.

The Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health met to discuss a proposal for the gradual return to schools by the second semester, Al Jarida reported.
The main issue that was discussed at the meeting was in regard to vaccinating teachers and administrative staff who work in schools by the beginning of the second semester.
The Acting Under secretary of the Ministry of Education, Faisal Al Maqsid said in a statement: “During the meeting, the plan to reopen schools was reviewed by the Ministry of Education and many health requirements were set into place in the event that schools gradually reopen.”
Faisal Al Maqsid, announced that the Ministry of Education will provide the Ministry of Health the names of the teachers and school staff to include them within the priority segment.
