Kuwait health ministry received the first flight to bring back stranded doctors outside of the country on Thursday, Kuwaiti media reported.

First batch of stranded foreign doctors welcomed back by Ministry of health, Kuwait. The Ministry has been taking all measures, more flights expected over the coming days
The ministry had been trying to arrange the return of expatriate doctors - who work in hospitals and clinics in Kuwait - that had been stranded abroad after they left the country before the coronavirus pandemic occurred.
The Ministry of Health has collected a list of doctors and all of the places that they are stranded and are taking all measures to bring them safely back to Kuwait.
