Kuwaitis record second-topmost buyers of land plots in Jordan
According to an economic report released in Kuwait yesterday, about 462 land plots, worth 98million, were purchased by non-Jordanian investors, during the past nine months this year.
While Iraqis were the top buyers of land plots in Jordan counting 567 in numbers, Kuwaitis were the second with 151 in number, followed by Saudis with 122.
According to reports by the Jordanian Land and Space Department, property sale deals of non-Jordanians in September this year alone, was a total of 127, with 73 land plots and 53 apartments. Real estate deals during the first nine months increased by 9 percent this year, say reports.
