Tameer Towers management contract awarded to Hills International
Tameer Holding, the largest real estate developers in the region, announced its project management contract award for the Tameer Towers development to Hill International. The decision to appoint Hill International, the renowned project management firm for Tameers flagship project, comprising six unparalleled scale and design on Shams Abu Dhabi district on Al Reem Island, is another step forward in Tameers portfolio.
The Managing Director of Tameer Abu Dhabi, Dr.Abdullah Shaaban, said the project management tender was awarded in the light of Tameer’s unwavering commitment towards implementation of the highest international standard in property development.
"Tameer is firmly committed to deliver high quality developments and the Hills International, being appointed as Project Manager, the vast expertise of the firm in high-end projects would be optimally utilized to deliver the landmark 'Tameer Towers'," said Dr. Shaaban. The 'Tameer Towers', worth AED 6 billion, comprises state-of-the-art office tower, which is designed to be a landmark in the modern architectural scene of Abu Dhabi with its high-quality finishing, along with maintaining the highest standards in safety and functionality.
The 'Tameer Towers' will also include 4 contemporary residential towers that feature a luxury 2 star hotel, sea views from all sides, serviced apartments facing the marina and the sea, penthouses, and high-end villas that reflect the highest in luxurious living.
