KFH launches promotional campaign to finance residential real estate
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has announced that it has launched a promotional campaign to finance residential real estate, aimed at introducing financing services and products that KFH offers to clients who are seeking a financing source to finance their purchase of residential properties.
The campaign includes several unique financing options, in comparison to those currently available in the local market. According to Salah Al-Khamees, the local real estate department manager, the campaign began on 10th April and coincides with heavy demand for real estate financing services of KFH.
KFH offers free takaful insurance covering nearly KD100,000, fixed installment and profit rate throughout the contract, technical consultancies, examining of properties by specialists and two-month grace period from paying installments annually. All these services are offered apart from paperwork at government authorities until documents are issued.
He said that the campaign relies on accumulative experience of KFH in financing private residence for the past ten years, offering several Kuwaiti families houses through murabaha.
The KFH branches offer real estate services to clients, and explained that the verdict of Cassation Court allowed KFH to continue financing clients in the field of real estate. This prompts it to offer financing tools that suit various financing requirements based on flexible regulations.
