Al-Arjan marks 25 percent of its projects in Kuwait
Al Arjan Real Estate Company has announced 60 percent of its projects in Oman and Saudi, while 25 percent has been announced in Kuwait, followed by 10 percent in Bahrain, and 5 percent in other countries.
The projects in Saudi currently include a building with 308 residential units in Riyadh, and a mall that is to be launched during the holy month of Ramadan. The company plans further expansion in Saudi after acquisition of a land of four million square meters in Al-Khober area in Eastern Saudi.
The current projects of Al-Arjan in Oman includes two residential projects in Al-Hil and Al-Qirm, worth KD20 million and KD12million respectively.
In Kuwait, Al-Arjan has completed the construction of Movenpick hotel, worth KD 38 million under BOT system. The company further plans to build a twenty storey tower in Al-Fentas, South of Kuwaity City, which will comprise hundred residential units, worth KD25 million. This construction is due to be completed in 2008.
Al-Arjan will launch "Bawaba Sar (Sar Gate)" project in Bahrain due to be completed by 2009.
It also plans to build two real estate projects in New Cairo in an area of 200,000 sq. meters.
