No limitations for holding property exhibitions
There should be no limitations for holding real estate exhibitions in at least two months a year, announced Rashid Al-Tabtabai, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
Speaking to the reporters following the launch of the Kuwait International Property Show, organized by Top Expo, Al-Tabtabai said that exhibitions are now open to organizing companies all through the year.
Pointing out to the media reports during the recent past about restricting the real estate exhibitions during the months of April and October every year, Al-Tabtabai said that it might be a recommendation made by the Committee tasked with the organization of real estate market in Kuwait, headed by Minister of Industry and Commerce.
The Committee also finalized preparation of its report on several issues pertaining to real estate and has submitted it to Minister of Commerce and Industry, and the Minister plans to discuss it with the officials next week. The report includes several important topics such as the role of clearing, real estate brokers, real estate exhibitions and revival of real estate market in Kuwait.
