KFH participates in the ongoing Kuwait property expo
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) is one of the participants at the ongoing Kuwait International Real Estate Exhibition organized by Top Expo Group, together with the Kuwait International Exhibition Company.
The expo which began on 8th November at the showrooms area in West Mishref, will end on 13th November. About 45 financial and real estate companies will participate in the event.
The participation of KFH in the event is partly due to its interest in this field. The involvement of KFH in the field of real estate sector has made it possible for more than 30,000 Kuwaiti families to live in their houses.
According to Salah Al-Khamees, the Local Real Estate Department Manager, the success of KFH was mainly due to the services and products that it has so far offered to the citizens. This is a support to the efforts of the government in offering appropriate housing.
The services offered by the department include evaluation of suitable market rates for sale and purchase of houses, offering suggestions and data quickly and accurately. The department also offers feasibility studies for the market rates of real estate as an unbiased authority.
Also, Al-Khamees mentioned that KFH won the Best Residential Financing Bank award in June by Banker Middle East, due to its significant role in the field. The award is a part of strategy by KFH to take part in major real estate projects which could add value to the society.
The strategy particularly focuses on GCC societies with their participation in major real estate projects. KFH won three awards in the field of real estate from Euromoney, namely, the Best Real Estate Financial Establishment in the Middle East, Best Real Estate Financial Establishment in Kuwait, and Best Financial Establishment to offer Real Estate evaluation in Kuwait. The awards highlight its leadership and ability to serve clients and meet their requirements.
