IFA joins hands with Indian Ocean Resorts to launch the $450m Zilwa project
The IFA Hotels & Resorts in Kuwait has announced that they have entered into a deal with the Indian Ocean Resorts Limited for developing a $450million project in the Seychelles, which will be its first venture in the nation.
According to IFA officials, the company will finalize the plan within the next three months. The operator for the hotel and other properties will be appointed within next month. The project, named Zilwa, will soon have a five-star hotel, villas and serviced apartments.
Apart from the said project, IFA also has various large investments in the hospitality and real estate sectors in the Middle East, and has also invested in African nations such as Zanzibar, Namibia and Kenya.
