The Minister of Commerce and Industry, Ahmad Rashed Al-Haroun, has passed a ministerial resolution this week to establish a Planning and Development Committee for looking into real estate issues.
Speaking during a press release, Al-Haroun mentioned that the Committee includes several specialists who would plan and develop the real estate market, with the help of several other related sectors.
The Committee aims to offer solutions by monitoring and analyzing the market, apart from catering to the requirements of real estate market in Kuwait.
The Committee will be responsible for providing data about real estate, through feasibility study for investment projects, and will focus on regulations that require amendments, which, in-turn, would help the consumer.
Al-Haroun hopes that the Committee will help in resolving the obstacles and problems faced by the real estate market in a period, not exceeding three months.
