Ministry warns violators of state property leasing contracts
The Ministry of Finance has declared that strict action will be taken on violators of leasing contracts for state property, irrespective of whether the contract has been signed between individuals, companies or institutions.
The Finance Assistant Undersecretary for State Property Affairs, Mohammad Al-Assem, said that this move was announced after some parties began re-leasing state property, either in whole or in part, in violation of the terms of the contract.
The Ministry is serious about implementing these conditions on all violators, and the Ministry will take all necessary legal action to protect the state property, Al-Assem said.
