Al Mazaya announces leasing of 7 Zones project

Al Mazaya Holding has entered into contracts with several companies to lease the available areas at its 7 Zones project, which is now 100 percent complete for launch this August, with the grand opening planned in October.

Al Mazaya Holding has employed a marketing team to manage the marketing and promotional campaigns for the project, including the promotional campaigns which accompanied the leasing contracts.

Meanwhile, Al Mazaya has also announced the launch of 7 Zones’ Warehouses, which includes 50 warehouses ranging from 68 to 743 square meters in size. The 7 Zones Warehouses are complete, easily accessible shipping, security and storage services for individuals and companies, offering reasonable prices and discounts for larger areas and longer periods.

7 Zones is drawing the attention of several reputed international brands, given its strategic location at the Shuwaikh Industrial area, apart from the high quality services that it offers.

The Managing Director and CEO of Al Mazaya, Eng. Khalid Esbaitah, when speaking about the project, said that Al Mazaya wants to see 7 zones in the lead right from the day of its launch, through the entire leasing and brand selection processes.

He further said that considering the requirement in Kuwait for an all-in-one shopping complex, and with an intention to introduce several unique concepts and ideas to Kuwait, the 7 Zones will surely maintain this lead.

Being one-of-a-kind project in Kuwait, the 7 Zones projects will be developed following its launch, by employing new concepts and marketing techniques to ensure continued brilliance. The 7 Zones project will invite periodic visits by international brands and celebrities, as Al Mazaya aims to advance the project, rather than just leasing the available areas, Esbaitah added.

Jason Walters has been appointed as the General Manager for the 7 Zones project by Al Mazaya. With the vast experience in managing shopping complexes, Walters will be invaluable in making 7 Zones a unique project attracting international brand names in the field of construction.

The 7 Zones project located in the Al Shuwaikh Industrial Area, spreads across 22,500 square meters, and is one of the most popular areas in Kuwait, due to its proximity to Al Shuwaikh Port and the Free Trade Zone.

The 7 Zones project has been conceived by Al Mazaya with an aim to fill in the void in the sector, for a single site that offers all amenities and services, from parking garage to the largest possible collection of construction materials, offices, galleries, stores and contractors. The project also includes a special department for interior design and décor, apart from offices for contractors and consultants.

Al Mazaya Real Estate Development Company has carved a distinct place for itself by offering comprehensive real estate services and products across several fields, including housing projects which include high class and deluxe villas, accommodation buildings, office buildings and purchase of large spaces in selected areas.
