Al-Hamra skyscraper project draws considerable attention from investors
The highest skyscraper project in Kuwait, the Al-Hamra skyscraper, plans promotion and leasing of plots this year, revealed an executive this year.
The Deputy Chairman of the Board and Executive Manager of Al-Hamra Real Estate Company, Khaled Al-Othman, speaking during a press release said that the construction would end in the last quarter of next year. The project has attracted considerable interest from local and international companies and institutions.
The 53 floors have been built at a height of 253 meters which indicates that basic construction of the 5-storey parking lot is complete. About 1200 workers are involved in the construction works. The project has already received several awards.
