Abyaar unveils new corporate identity
Abyaar Real Estate Development, the Kuwait-based property development company, has unveiled its new corporate identity, which bears the calligraphic elements of a signature, which precisely signifies the defining characteristics of commitment to passion and precision, by the developer.
The Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Abyaar, Marzooq Al Rashdan, said “Our new look represents our outlook in a better way. We are not just changing aesthetics, but rather have brought about a new way of thinking and designing in the property sector in the region.”
Renowned French designer, Christian Lacroix, and others with whom we have carried out the project, reflects our aim to create works of art, as opposed to only buildings and towers, he added. The boutique character and out-of-ordinary promise in quality and precision has been best brought out by their upcoming, avante grade projects, three of which, will be displayed during the coming Cityscape Exhibition at Dubai.
Abyaar properties, bearing “signature entrance”, among several design-focused features, which makes residents and visitors realize, that they are stepping towards on of the boutique creations by the developer.

Established in 2005, Abyaar Real Estate Development Company is a joint venture between Aayan Leasing and Investment Company in Kuwait and the Al Rashdan Group.
