The authority has worked towards reducing building costs from KD67,000 to KD48,000, without compromising on the area of house of the quality of construction materials.

The scrap area lying adjacent to the City has been allocated to authority by the Municipality, although it is yet to be received, and once that happens, the area will be utilized for building a park for residents of the City.

About KD70mn has been allocated towards infrastructure works of Sabah Al-Ahmad City infrastructure, although the contracts for the City and the Jaber Al-Ahmad City will be signed after Ramadan.

Located on the North West of the country, Saad Al-Abdullah City is surrounded by the Al-Jahra Highway to the North and the Amghara to the east. This sets aside about 5400 land and 2257 housing units.
