500 properties of 20 countries displayed at Kuwait Property Expo
The Kuwait International Property Show, inaugurated by Rashid Al-Tabtabaie, the Undersecretary of Commerce and Industry, has placed the participants with an opportunity to view and invest in more than 500 properties from 20 different countries.
The show, organized by Top Expo Group together with Kuwait International Fair Company, has brought together the regional and international realty and investment companies to Kuwait for the five-day event.
This show is considered a one of kind investment ventures, with apartment offerings and summer homes from 100 companies that are looking to gain their entry into the strong Kuwait property sector.
The Chaimain of Top Expo Group, Sheikh Malek Al-Sabah said “No-doubt, the Kuwaiti market and its investors are targeted by many regional and international realty companies, as Kuwaiti investments signify a considerable percentage in many countries worldwide and is the first among GCC and Arab countries.”
Numerous companies with wide range of investment and property services are likely to exhibit at the fair, with Abu Dhabi/Dubai’s ‘Hydra Properties’ being the largest exhibitor.
Kuwait Finance House is also one of the premier exhibitors in the event, which highlights its commitment towards offering customers sales opportunities through cash transactions and loan payments., real estate trading and development and portfolio management.
Kuwait’s Gulf Holding Company is also one of the prime exhibitors in the fair, offering potential clients with an opportunity to invest in its Signature Series holdings that boasts an investment of $1.25bn and aims to offer its shares on the Kuwait Stock Exchange in the near future.
Each of the 100 companies representing the fair have a minimum of one representative each, to offer undivided attention to customers.
“This exposition is a major leap in the size of real estate expositions of the state,” agrees Abdul Rahman Al-Nassar, Director, Kuwait International Fair Company.
The fair is being held at the Mishref International Fair Grounds, Building Number 8, and is open from 9.30am to 1.30pm and also between 4.30pm and 10.00pm on all days, except Friday, when it will be open only in the afternoon.
