Hydra to develop mega realty project in Kuwait through joint-venture
Hydra Properties Real Estate Company of UAE has entered into a joint venture with Tassameem Real Estate Company and Al-Aqeelah Leasing, Financing & Investment Company in Kuwait, to develop a resort city, Khairan, a mega real estate project of Kuwait. The Hydra-Al-Alqeelah Development Company will develop the Aqeeq Al-Marina project, expected to be one of the largest real estate projects, in the entire region.
The Vice-President of Al-Aqeelah, Riyadh Al-Ali, and Chief Executive Officer of Hydra Properties, Dr. Sulaiman Al Fahim, jointly re-iterated that the new partnership would prove to be a turning point in the real estate sector of Kuwait.
“The project is a true combination of the ultimate in aesthetic design and luxury, based on international specifications,” says Dr. Al-Fahim.
Al-Ali pointed out that since the first day of the launch of the Company, officials have taken complete responsibility of the project development, through support from its subsidiary company, Al-Aqeelah International Real Estate Company, which is a major firm in-charge of the project.
Al-Ali revealed that the Aqeeq Al-Marina project comprises of a major commercial complex, a residential compound and one of the most luxurious hotels in the region, and in the whole world.
He added that ultimately the project would turn out to be a model, which symbolizes luxurious and modern lifestyle, and turn out to be the most important touristic and commercial attractions in the entire Gulf region.
The size of the project is nearly 50,000 Square Meters, which would be the first phase of Khairan’s Pearl City project.
