Kuwait land prices highest in the world
The Price of land in Kuwait is the highest in the world, reports Kuwait Times.
A square meter in Kuwait can be sold at $60,000, while the medium international land prices average at $45,000 per square meter.
Recently, a commercial shop on a 37.5 square meter land, located in front of Seif Palace on the Gulf Road in Kuwait City was sold for KD800,000 at the rate of KD21,000 per square meter. Being slightly smaller than the US state of New Jersey, with 17,820 square kilometers of land, Kuwait is mostly covered by uninhabitable desert.
