Al-Madina to sell 58 residences during realty fair
The Al-Madina Real Estate Development Company, a fully-owned subsidiary of Al-Madina Finance and Investment Company, revealed that it will market 58 residences as a part of second and third phases of the Al-Madina Marine Villas in Al-Khairan City.
The Chairman and Managing Director of the firm, Abdulziz Al-bin Ali, said that those villas will be made available during the Real Estate World Exhibition at Salwa Al-Sabah Ballroom at Marina Hotel, organized by Kuwait Expo, during 2nd to 5th of March.
About 15 villas will be available from the second phase, while 43 villas will be part of the third phase. The prices of the villas fall in the range of KD115,000 with the execution of the project requiring 15 months for completion. The villas will be sold to both expats and citizens at attractive prices, suitable for individuals of all sectors of income, and he claimed that easy payment facilities too, will be provided.
The villas have excellent architectural designs with three floors, built on plots that range from 1300 to 1880 sq mts in area.
