Kuwaiti Businessman signs KD55mn real estate deal
A Kuwaiti businessman, Saud Sahoud Al-Mutairi has entered into a KD55 million deal, with Al-Tamdin real estate company, to purchase its Al Fanar complex in Salmiya.
Al-Fanar Complex, is one of the biggest complexes in Kuwait, and is the most distinguished complex in the Salem Al-Mubarak street, the main shopping center in Kuwait.
The complex, which spreads over an area of 12,000 square meters, is inline with modern architecture and is one of the most distinguished shopping markets in Salmiya, where strong power of purchase has been found throughout the year.
Al-Mutairi revealed that he plans to develop the center, adding more buildings to give it a more lovely shape. Last month, Al-Mutairi signed a KD35.5million contract to build Al-Salam Complex on the same street. He said, he plans to pull down Al-Salam complex and build a new modern mall.
