Indian Property Expo begins in Kuwait today
An All-India property exhibition will be conducted at the Ramada Hotel in Kuwait, during 11th and 12th January 2008, during which the biggest names in the Indian property market will be showcased.
The exhibition will bring reputed builders, various properties and best financing bank options all under a single roof, to enable customers to shop from their home with least effort and maximum convenience. Most leading builders and financing institutions from India have confirmed their participation in the show.
The event will be conducted by the Indus Fairs and Events (India) Pvt. Ltd., in association with Danat Al Sultan of Kuwait. More than 200 projects across major cities in India will be displayed, which will include independent houses, apartments, villas, bungalows, commercial properties, farm houses, beach resorts, home loans and plots.
NRI investors’ who are on the look out for investment in Indian realty market, can gain first-hand access to the current and future real estate projects, with a range of property options to choose from.
The earlier events that were organized by the Indus group in Dubai, had made a good business worth 100 crore, and a similar event held in Muscat had done business transactions worth more than 80 crore. The current event happening in Kuwait is also expected to surpass earlier exhibitions.
