India Property Fair in Kuwait draws huge investor response
A three-day Property Fair at the Salmiya Palace Hotel, which was organized by Maya Design, drew good response from Indian expatriates in Kuwait. About more than 1200 visitors participated in the show, which was held from 15th to 17th November from 10am to 10pm.
Prominent property developers from various cities in India, such as Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Goa and Jaipur, showcased a range of apartments, luxury villas, plots and penthouses. The main sponsor of the event, HDFC- a top house financing company, provided home-loan support and guidance during the show.
The visitors included professionals from various sectors such as doctors, IT professionals, entrepreneurs and top company executives, all of whom shared an interest in the growing real estate markets of Indian cities.
From the response received during the show, the participating developers can remain confident of a turnover of more than INR25crores during the coming weeks.
On surveying the visitors, it was found that Kuwait’s NRI market largely remains untapped, and revealed that the Indian developers had a huge potential to showcase their projects in Kuwait market. Taking this clue, the organizers of Maya Design Inspired, have organized another property fair during the first half of 2008, and are confident of drawing a bigger response.
