Workers with special needs deserve adoption of their own salary cadre
The Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Sabah stated that workers with special needs in the Ministry, enjoy a specific nature of work, and deserve all the attention by adopting their own salary cadre.
The Minister mentioned that all cadres at the state level have been raised to the Cabinet, and there would be a supervisory body to supervise all cadres based on the nature and conditions of the work. Studies on all cadres are expected to be complete by this year-end.
He mentioned, pointing out to the expansion of disabled centers across the country, that it would facilitate services done to beneficiaries. He also pointed out that there were 2,200 cases that received full care by the Ministry, and in their homes and families. He added that the Ministry is in the process of establishing a new site for opening a new center for the disabled, which would include all necessary services that the center would require.
