TSC announces Recruitment Open Day in Kuwait
TSC (The Sultan Center), the largest independent retailer, has kicked-off a two-day sequel to their Open Recruitment Day at their warehouse outlet in Shuwaikh on 16th September.
With this drive, TSC has once again opened doors to job-seekers. The company is continuously fueling its growth in Kuwait and across the region. The current Recruitment Open Day is inline with the thurst of Country HR Recruitment Team, to attract and boost opportunities for the local pool of talent, says Mary Joy Gomez, Country Manager.
TSC had held a successful Open Recruitment Day in March, and has added to their workforce to fill voids in retail operations, ranging from general staff to management positions.
TSC operates 12 major retail outlets across Kuwait, and their operations also include restaurants, catering, fashion, trading, security, investments and telecommunications. TSC has ventured into an expansion program throughout Middle East and also successfully operates retail stores across the region.
TSC’s culture is to hire young, dynamic people, and retaining them to grow to be tomorrow’s leaders in stores and retail outlets. TSC adheres to the principle of maintaining a dynamic, exciting and challenging workforce that is multi-skilled, committed, technologically proficient and customer-oriented, said TSC Country Employee Relations Manager.
