Health Ministry considers employment for 2000 applicants
Dr Ibraheem Al-Abdulhadi, the Deputy Minister of Health, recently mentioned that 2000 employees were nominated by the Civil Service Commission for various positions at Ministry of Healty (MoH), with majority being nurses. The rest included physicians and technicians.
The 2000 employees were nominated based on request by the Ministry to fill up open positions at medical centers throughout Kuwait. The requirement for new employees also emerged out of the fact that the government plans to expand medical services in Kuwait.
The Deputy Minister also mentioned that priority will be given to Kuwaiti applicants on meeting necessary requirements. Several of them, who have taken tests, are awaiting results, before they official appointment.
