NBK to hire 200 Kuwaitis next year
The National Bank of Kuwait (NBK), on Monday, announced its plans to hire about 200 Kuwaitis next year, to support its policy of employing the national workforce.
The Chairman of NBK, Mohammad Al-Bahar, who spoke to the media, said that the bank cares for all aspects of its trained and experienced human resources.
The bank is working towards enhancing the capabilities of its employees by offering training courses, he revealed.
NBK is growing and expanding both in the local and regional market, which implies that while the bank requires its current employees, it needs to hire more as well.
More than 150 Kuwaitis holding diplomas and bachelor degrees were hired by the bank this year, which helped it in winning the prize for the category of staff nationalization for the third time.
