Minister assures Kuwaiti employees of all rights in private sectors
The Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, Bader Al-Duwaila, yesterday called for a meeting with special committee members. The committee has been assigned the task of follow-up the implementation of recruiting national manpower in private sector.
The Minister has ensured that the rights of all Kuwaiti employees, who are employed at the private sector, are guaranteed. He pointed out that the law had been implemented to activate the role of private sector in encouraging citizens to work in that sector. He also assured that the committee will focus on extending complete support to nationals employed in the private sectors.
The Minister requested relevant authorities to carry on with all necessary procedures so as to ensure that all employees in the private sector gain the privilege to their rights.
The minister has advised the officials to do away with obstacles, if any, and to intensify their inspections over companies that do not abide by the laws in recruiting Kuwaiti nationals.
