KFH appoints 200 Kuwaiti recruits after training program
The Kuwait Finance House (KFH) recently marked the celebration of graduation of its 200 new Kuwaiti recruits, after completion of a comprehensive training program, which qualified them for work.
The training program provided the recruits with necessary information and expertise from departments and sectors of the Bank, and the nature of work. The Assistant Director-General of the Banking sector, Mohamed Al-Fawzan, expressed his pleasure in the appointment of new recruits, and emphasized the interest of the Bank in development and training of national manpower and gain diverse experience.
The newly-appointed staff had engaged themselves in an intensive training program for several months, which included scientific and theoretical studies, as well as on-job tests and ongoing evaluation by specialized supervisors.
