Kuwait to introduce fingerprint system shortly
The Kuwaiti Civil Services Commission has announced that a finger print system for checking in and out of duty hours would be made applicable to all government authorities from January 2008. This is being done to standardize the working hours of the employees.
The Head of Civil Services Commission, Abdulaziz Al-Zibin, said that a declaration has been sent to all authorities to abide by the rules and regulations of the system. This new system would be a fool-proof solution to determine the exact time of entry and exit of the employees in offices.
