Al Zuhair medical center was established as a polyclinic for containing all deferent specialties in addition to laboratory and x-ray department and thereafter added day surgery unit to receive all cases of minor to moderate cases. This unit included 10 inpatient rooms and 2 recovery rooms. Thereafter operating theaters (rooms) with most advanced machines and equipment of anesthesia were included.
