Cityscape Kuwait set to open doors on 7th December in Meshref

The premier real estate investment and development event, Cityscape Kuwait, will open doors on 7th December at the Kuwait International Fairgrounds in Meshref. The three-day event, which has so far confirmed more than 50 exhibitors this year, from the domestic, regional and international markets, will conclude on 9th December.

Exhibitors consider Cityscape Kuwait to be a premier platform to display their latest projects to an audience that include investors and real estate professionals and to network with industry experts in a dynamic business environment.

Apart from bringing the local real estate market in Kuwait to global audience, Cityscape Kuwait also helps to develop the Kuwaiti market towards a new era of creativity and development, positioning Kuwait as a positive property market on a regional level.

Running parallel to the Kuwait exhibition will be the Kuwait Real Estate Summit, which is the key networking event for developers, investors, government officials and financiers who shape the real estate industry, to share insight, and discuss vital issues and network with the industry.

Some of the participating companies revealed the exclusive products that they plan to showcase at the expo.

The Executive Vice President at United Real Estate Company (URC), Ranjmah Al Mattar, said that URC plans to showcase its latest developments in the region, including ‘Aswar Residences’, a 75 unit residential community, which comprises thre-storey villas in the emerging area of New Cairo in Egypt. Few other developments that URC plans to showcase are ‘Raouche View at 1090’ located in Beirut, and ‘Abdali Mall’ in Jordan.

The CEO/Deputy Chairman of KUWADICO, Khail Al Abdullah Al Abdullah elaborated that KUWADICO will offer distinguished, real estate products at the Cityscape. Having managed to sell all units of Grand Heights/part one, two and three, it soon plans to sell part four and five.

When speaking on the event, Sami Khaled Al Amer, the Chairman of Capital Lands Real Estate Development, said that Al Amer emphasized that all units have been completely sold out in Jawharat Salalah 1 and Jawharat Salalah 2 and the company is now working on marketing Jawharat Salalah 3 and Jawharat Muscat, at Cityscape Kuwait.

The Sameer Abu Shanab, Senior Vice President and Area Manager of Projacs International Kuwait said that the company plans to keep new products on display at the exhibition and expects better turnover due to golden opportunity that the exhibition provides to meet potential investors from Kuwait and the region.

Meanwhile, CEO and Partner of Alarijowan Real Estate, Ehsan Abu Nefisah said that Cityscape Kuwait will showcase current and new real estate projects, while Eng. Ibrahim Al Sagahi, CEO of Mazaya Holding, said that Al Mazaya plans to showcase the current projects in hand for sale and rent, and will throw light on projects in pipeline.
