New 550km long highways to come up in Kuwait
New highways worth US$6bn are likely to come up in three and a half years, revealed the Ministry of Public Works in Kuwait.
According to the Ministry, this initiative is aimed at developing the country to be an important commercial and financial hub in the region.
The blue-print of the mega project stretching 550kms in length is now underway, the Ministry revealed.
The Parliament approved USD111bn budget for a four-year development plan, which aspires to attract international investors and projects.
