Ramadan working hours announced by Ministry

The official working hours for Ramadan has been announced by the Interior Ministry.

According to Director General of General Directorate of Service Centres, Maj. Gen. Saif Al-Saif, the centres that work day shifts will work from 9am to 1:30pm, while those in evenings will be open from 1pm to 5pm.


All centres that remain open on weekends will function from 1:30pm to 5pm. The Hawali Immigration Department, will however, receive residency-related transactions from companies from 8pm to 11:30pm during Ramadan period.
