NBK records 17% growth in national workforce in 2010

The National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) has reported a 17percent growth in its national workforce during the year 2010.

NBK has recruited 234 Kuwaitis as part of its commitment to offer distinctive career opportunities to ambitious young nationals, and to also maintain its lead position as one of the largest employers in the private sector.

The NBK Academy organized about 174 training courses for staff of various departments to develop the competencies of its human resources and to refine their skills.

NBK emphasized that it will continue to offer distinctive job opportunities for nationals this year too, as a part of its commitment towards nationalization of workforce.
