Kuwait local property sector shows remarkable improvement
The Kuwait domestic real estate market has improved significantly this year, revealed a senior official in Kuwait this week.
The Undersecretary of Commerce and Industry, Rashid Al-Tabtabaei, who spoke during the launch of the seventh real estate world exhibition, the financial crisis has begun to fade away, and the real estate sector has begun recovering.
These ‘bullish’ indications, follows the declaration of the state economic and social development strategy, he pointed out.
The Kuwait real estate sector is the second, when it comes to generating income, the official said. The property sector has seen considerable improvement, particularly, in terms of deals signed with respect to the private housing and chalets, he said.
Held by Kuwait Expo Company for fairs, the fair is being held at Sheikha Salwa Al-Salwa Al-Ahmad Hall, and will continue till the month-end.
