Ministry of Public Work announces hotline number for complaints
The Ministry of Public Works in Kuwait, during the first half of this year, has addressed about 85 complaints from the public satisfactorily, said Ali Bousheri, the Minister in-charge of performance of the citizen services centers at the Ministry.
In his remarks to the KUNA, he mentioned that the ministry has a group of these centers spread across the country to serve the requirements of the public in getting the documentation endorsed in the right manner.
For those who face problems in getting their regular government documents endorsed, the public can call the hotline (150) to lodge their complaints there.
The Ministry’s website will offer first-hand information about any official government-related business.
