Kuwait five-year plan to be announced soon
The Higher Planning Council will include finishing touches to its strategic five-year development plan next week. A meeting will be held to approve the plan and prepare it for the next Cabinet.
The Council has reviewed the financial cost of the strategic plan and said its budget has been reduced from $50bn to just $30bn in wake of the global economic crisis and reduced oil prices.
