Drop in KSE performance may divert investments to real estate
The huge drop in the performance of KSE (Kuwait Stock Exchange) has brought about a new ray of hope that the money invested may probably be diverted to other sectors such as real estate, revealed Faraj Al-Khudhari, Chairman, Al Mutakhasis Real Estate Company.
Speaking to investors during a press release last week, Al-Khudhari mentioned that the investors now have the option of either maintaining their investments in KSE and await its fluctuating performance, or turn to real estate.
He pointed out that the property sector is a safer investment choice in comparison to stocks, as real estate does not, anymore, require large capital, and is open to everyone due to the funds being established.
