Ministry of Interior to carry out inspections at governorates
The Ministry of Interior has announced a series of surprise inspection campaigns at various governorates during the next couple of days to check for any violation of the Residency Law.
According to security sources, this is a part of the commitment by the Ministry to protect the nation and maintain peace and order, under the current political situation in the country.
The Legal Affairs Department Manager at Government Manpower and Restructuring Program, Fawzi Al-Sharida, said that the program has successfully placed 38,156 Kuwaitis in the private sector during the last seven years.
The program is intended to reduce the rate of unemployment in Kuwait, as well-qualified and trained citizens are assets of the country, emphasizes Al-Sharida.
The GMRP is a means to achieve employment goals for young Kuwaitis, which motivates them to join private sector and organizes skills and training courses to give them a competitive edge I the labour market.
