Housing issues to be given priority
A first district candidate for Municipal Council Elections, Ali Ismael Al-Sheikh, said that his election policy would be to focus on solving the housing issues of citizens in Kuwait.
This includes construction of new residential complexes for citizens, he confirmed, when speaking during the inauguration of his election headquarter in Dasma.
He requested the Municipal Council to undertake the responsibility of completing pending projects such as the Sawaber Accommodation Complex, Al-Watan reported.
The Council, being one of the most influential authorities in the country, should help by developing public services and implementing top projects that transform Kuwait into a financial and trade hub in the region, he added.
