Kuwait CSC plans to replace expats with nationals in 3140 jobs

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) is on its way aiming to replace expat employees with nationals in various ministries and governmental organizations, as part of its nationalization plan.

The Chairman of the Commission, Ahmad Al-Jassar said that CSC is now targeting Kuwaitization of 3140 jobs out of the total jobs in the country.

These may also include 15 job descriptions fitting the criteria, with exception of the one in the medical field.

The strategy was approved during fiscal year 2017-18, and aims to provide Kuwaitis with job opportunities as part of the country’s developmental plans, Al-Jassar revealed.
