Public Sector in Kuwait to get five-day Eid al Adha holidays

The Eid Al-Adha holiday will be for three days this year, starting 22nd September, coinciding with the standing on Arafat Day until Saturday.
According to officials at the Civil Service Commission, the public sectors will get a total five day holiday, including Friday and Saturday.

Friday would be the third day of Eid, and will not be compensated for, unlike widely speculated on social media, wherein people claim the holiday would be for more than 10 days.

According to officials at CSC, the commission will be decisive in dealing with absentees who try to merge the holiday with the weekend.
